Photo Restoration, Repair, and Enhancement
Most of our packages include basic photo restoration service, which in many cases can restore a mildly faded photo to its original appearance. For photos that have suffered more serious fading or damage, we also offer advanced photo restoration services. In addition, we offer custom photo repair and enhancement services, such as removing an extraneous person from a group shot, opening someone's closed eyes, removing facial blemishes, eliminating a distracting background, etc. If you have a favorite photo that needs an adjustment, just let us know how we can help!
On-Premise Scanning
We even make house calls! In the Phoenix area, in many cases we can bring our portable equipment to your home or office (for an additional charge) to scan your photos (and optionally record your narration). Your priceless originals will never leave your premises, eliminating the risk of damage or loss in transit.

All traditional photographs, whether they are in the form of prints, negatives, or slides, are vulnerable to fading and other types of damage and loss (fire, fingerprints, mold, water, theft, etc.). Any picture more than a few years old is already starting to deteriorate, and in addition it might already have scratches, fingerprints, stains, or other damage. The risk of losing or damaging your priceless and irreplaceable originals increases each time they are handled or viewed.
A videotape is vulnerable to most of the same risks. In addition, the tape base itself can become brittle and break, and the active magnetic layer can weaken and flake off. Playing the tape increases the risk through stretching and friction.
